Good Salwar suit tailors in Singapore

Hi

I am searching for some good tailors to stitch some custom designed salwars suits for myself. I have heard there are a few such good tailors who actually have tailors from India or send to India for stitching ( I am not including retail salwars shops in this category – as I want a tailor concentrating only on the stitching portion and not pushing their ready made suits to me). The requirements I have is as follows:

1. Should be able to stitch based on the design that you give including lining if required
2. Should be able to colour match / dye the dupatta if required ( sending it to India for that, I am ok with it)
3. Has a good reputation for their stitching and design quality and timing
