walking is the best one, From 65 kg, now I reduced 55. Daily walking helps in reducing weight. At first, my legs pains a lot, after two days later it is okay, and did this for a month, I reduced. My friend weight is 76 kg, and she reduced to 60 kg, and she did for nine months. I did it for three months, it worked for me... I reduced in taking sweets ( I eat a lot of chocolates and sweets, so I reduced it now)
