    Hi friends I wanna share my weight loss journey with u all. S I have already shed few pounds n need to loose some more weight. To keep me on track I wanna add this .
    S weight loss journey is not so easy. Weight gain is not happen in single day to loose weight in single day.
    It takes time.


    Golden lady's journey


    Target of the month is need to shed 3kgs
    By may end


    Exe-- 45 min
    Brisk waking in the evening --- 45min

    Diet
    8gls of water
    Barley water

    Apple n 5almonds
    Lunch -- idly upma , bobdakaya n carrot
    .snacks-- barley n 1 cookie

    Dinner--- mango

    High protien foods are
    Almonds, flax seeds, barley, chicken, egg, fish , oats, all fruits except bananna n mango, all veggies except aloo, leafy veggies,all seeds. Dal, channa dal, rajma , soya , peanut butter...etc.




    Homemade shakes
    1-- almond milk or low fat milk, spinach, flax seeds

    2---any fruit, peanut butter n yogut

    3----berries, roasted oats, butter milk

    4---mint leafs coriender leaf's with lemon n ginger

    5---low fat milk, almonds, peanut butter

    6---pineapple, ginger lemon ,/pepper
