You need to let emotions go. Everybody has a life to live.

    Dear Periamma,

It is always so nice when loved ones come to visit us and so heart breaking when they go back. I can imagine how you feel about having to see your grandson leaving. But the heartwarming thing is the hug and the kiss which he gave you. It shows that these ties remain unaffected no matter what the distance. When I can imagine the feel how you felt when he gave you a hug and kiss, I can well imagine that that warm feeling will be strong enough to keep you going for quite some time and it will be time to meet him again. Till then we are all here for each other, to keep us going. :-D

Satchi how are you?i enjoyed your snaps at mahapalipuram.my son used to call me daily and gives the phone to my grandson saying Thatchi(in our place we call granny as AACHI but my GS changed it as thatchi)is on line.so my name is registered in his mind .As you said distance can keep us physically far away but mentally we are nearer to each other.for a very long time we hadn't chatted dear and if it is possible i'll come in the evening.Take care

    Dear Periamma,

I had read your post on the same say when you posted it, but I did not know what to reply to you......

That's why I am late here.......:)

    Grandchildren are always very special......

My father keeps visiting our native village once a month and he spends time with little children there....he takes little goodies likes chocolates, biscuits, pencil cases, pencils, crayons etc for them, and tells them stories too...that's how he compensates missing my DS....

Time can heal......and we are all here.......for You.......:)!!!!
