Gloomy/rainy/cold Weekends....how Do You Spend The Time?

Summers are usually positive..even if it is boring one can have a pep up..
what do you do in weekends when it is gloomy,rainy..

In India we used to have good family time,go watch movie or eat pakoras..
what do you do here abroad?how do you make the weekends fun

If it is a rainy weekend there will definitely be bajji at 4 pm with or without sojji (kesari) accompanied by a hot cup of S.Indian degree filter kaapi. No exceptions.
Sometimes if both Saturday and Sunday are rainy/snowy/icy - it will be bajji on Saturday and masala vadai on Sunday.
Without fail.

Then we watch a movie or read a book.
I practice music for an hour or so which makes me happy.

I find doing some chores therapeutic during such dreary weather - ironing, rearranging shelves.

However, nothing beats sleeping on the couch between 1-3 pm with the anticipation of bajji and coffee at 4 pm.
