Few months ago I was introduced to a website by name 'Ted.Com'. Very informative. It is a social website something like that of You Tube. But I find that devoted to more serious issues.
The site informs you of the latest thread and accessing the older post is very easy. Today the post was about a doctor's confession on the blunders one commit in the initial stages of medical practice. Mistakes, guilt, remorse and an open apology. thought I could share this with the readers.

    Dear Kanaka,
Your post reminded me of a tamil adage......"aayiram perai kondral arai vaidhyar"....an adage which got morphed in years.....It humorously says, A person would kill a thousand in the process of becoming half a doctor.....but, the actual adage is "aayiram verai kondaal arai vaidhyar".....actually meaning, one who knows a thousand herbal roots is half a therapist......
Hope our friends would throw more light on the topic....
