Uzr aane mein bhi hai ~ Daag Dehelvi

Here is a decent English translation. Uzr aane mein bhi hai aur bulaate bhi nahin

My favorite is the second sher in the ghazal:
Khoob parda hai ke chilaman se lage baithe hain
Saaf chupte bhi nahi saamane aate bhi nahin

One can easily imagine a doe-eye damsel sitting by the window screen (chilman -- what a beautiful word).

I like Farida Khanum's version.
