Hi all, Can anybody tell me what flower is used to make garland which Surya and jyothika were wearing for their wedding reception. Where do we get that in Chennai and how much does it costs?
Hi Yash, That is real red rose of very good quality and they are taking the petals separately and with that petals they are making that garland. Last year my son got married for the reception i ordered tat type garland only so i know. If you are asking for marriage means you can ask the marraige contractor he will arrange or you can you can ask any flower shopwala. Vidya
Vidhya is right.. These are made from rose petals and You would be surprised to see them fresh for a long time. We got the same done for our marriage two years ago. Just a word of caution - if the wedding dresses contain chumky or any other fancy work near the pallu or chest area, its best to ensure the petals dont rub them the wrong way.
It is made of rose petals.. There many shops in Pondy bazaar... Near Tirumala Triupathi devasthanam... We got such kind of garland for 3500rs..
I heard that the garland costed rs.10,000 each,bcos my relative ordered the same for her wedding imm.after jyotika's wedding.she said it was artificial.
