Preparation for Lesu Recipe: Wheat Flour : 1 cup Mandua Flour : 1/2 cup Ajwain : 1 tsp Salt to taste How to Make Lesu: Make a smooth dough of wheat flour using water. Mix mandua flour, ajwain and salt. Make a dough of above mix. Make lemon sized ball of wheat flour and roll them to 3 inch diameter. place mandua flour ball in center of it and cover it completely. Roll again it to chapati size. Cook it on tawa like a chapati. Lesu is ready. Serve it hot.
