Hi Sumalathaa : between my fresh embryo transfer and frozen embryo transfer in October doctor did a procedure called endometrial scratch. Mine is a case of unexplained infertility . So after first cycle didn't work doctor suspected that my endometrial lining is not receptive to the embryos. So I believe this has helped in implantation this time. In addition to that I took rest at home, ate healthy ,ate beetroot everyday which helped enhancing the blood . Kept going for walk, reading books. I'm planning to resume work from coming week. hopefully this helps and let me know you need more details.
Thanks a lot for reply. If possible can you tell what you did on transfer day like bladder was full, did u do anyawalking immediately after transfer, diet in those 10 days, resting time or complete bestest, mainly trying to ask what to do after transfer
I learnt typing by practicing sentences like "The quick brown fox...". This should also be a sentence we type so many times that we can do it in sleep or with one finger. : ) Might make it my signature on yet another ordinary day that ends peacefully.
