Funtime pizza

4 pizza bases (9 inches in diameter)

For the sauce:
4 medium sized tomatoes (blanched and peeled)
1 small sized onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
4-5 fresh basil leaves (hand torn)
½ tsp dry oregano
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tomato puree
Salt to taste

For the topping:
3 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
4 medium sized capsicums (halved and deseeded)
4 medium sized tomatoes (roundels)
400 gm cottage cheese (paneer) (thickly sliced)
15-18 fresh button mushrooms (thinly sliced)
6-8 stuffed green olives (thinly sliced)
6-8 stuffed black olives (thinly sliced)
1 cup corn kernels (boiled)
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp dry oregano

Finely chop blanched tomatoes. Mix in rest of the ingredients for the sauce and cook in a non-stick pan for two to three minutes on medium heat. Let cool and blend into a smooth sauce.

Divide into four portions. Spread one portion of sauce on each pizza base. Spread a little of the grated cheese equally on all. Using cookie cutters of different shapes, stamp out shapes from capsicum and paneer.

Using these and tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, olives arrange in a design that the child desires: maybe a funny face, or a scenery, or a medley. Sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano and the remaining cheese. Place on a baking tray and cook in the grill (top) for 10 minutes. Similarly make the remaining pizzas
