fruits & fibre products

    hi all,

    if u want to be fit & happy then have lots of water, fruits and fibre produts :rotfl:coffee

    fibre products like wheat flour roti , lentils (green mung dal) , sprouts , oats , corn etc.

    fruits like apple , orange , banana , apricot , plums are very good for health.

    IMPORTANT: DON'T HAVE FAST FOOD (bread, burger, samosa etc)

    if u want to have bread then have brown bread or wheat flour bread.

    have lots salads......:spin:thumbsup

    take care..... and do work out too....... :clap
