Re: Fruit juices and Milk shakes FRUIT CRUSH Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple chunks(canned) 1 apple (peeled and chopped) 2 oranges (peeled and chopped) salt and pepper to taste crushed ice Method: Put in all the chopped fruits in a mixie and crush them well. Add crushed ice and whisk them up again. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Re: Fruit juices and Milk shakes GRAPE JUICE Ingredients: 3 cups black grapes pulp 1/2 tsp castor sugar 1/2 tsp lime juice chaat masala to taste Method: Remove the seeds from the grapes and crush the grapes in a mixie to get the pulp. Mix sugar, lime juice, a little mint leaves and chaat masala to the pulp and whisk it gently in a blender. Add crushed ice and garnish with lemon rings. Serve immediately.

Coffee Milk Shake: 1/2 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder 1 or 2 Teaspoon Stong Dicaction Condensed Milk Vannila Ice Cream Crushed Ice Cubes Add everything with a small quantity of water and beat well in a blender, pour it in a tall tumber and serve it . (This is my husband's favourite as he is a coffee lover)
Re: Fruit juices and Milk shakes Carrot Milk Shake: Carrot shredded and cooked Badam (few) 1 Scoop Vannila Ice Cream Sugar or Sugar Syrup to taste Add everything with 1/2 cup chilled milk and beat it in a blender. Garnish it with few cashewnuts
