    How do you fry the whole fish? Just thaw, rinse and pan fry? :confused:

    Depending on the fish, you might need to scale and take out the guts first. I prefer deep frying, it cooks quicker and less oily.

    I thought they always scaled and gutted the fish before freezing :facepalm:. Now I know not to buy whole fish without checking first.
