Fried Groundnut While Trying To Conceive

Hi Friends,

I am trying to conceive for about 1 year. Just got suggestions from my colleagues that eating groundnut helps in trying to conceive.

But am bit confused, please clarify my doubt can ladies consume fried groundnut while trying to conceive?

Also, some people saying we should eat in raw form neither boiled nor fried

Almonds are excellent in improving sperm count

Water and good diet

mediocre exercise/walking

stress free and good sleep

prenatal vitamins

all works well
