Just read a good article on freezing food. It says which food freezes well and which cannot!

Has anyone tried freezing sabjis like baigan bhurta, palak paneer etc? How long does it stay good?

 

I have made chicken curry, kebabs, keema mince and frozen those for 2 months or therabouts...came out v good.

 

i never kept food in freezer .. will think about storing cooked items for sometime

Ofcourse it does...and tell him to take just wat he needs into a plate and reheat...dont keep rehaeating the whole stuff.
You can also make basic curry pastes or marinade pastes for chicken/fish and freeze them..he can just use up the pastes for frying the fish or chicken.
