    hello every body,
I would like to share an important lesson from a book that I have read written by DR. Muraleedharan Pillai, a keralite aayurveda doctor.

    Nithyam hithahaara vihaarasevi
    Sameekshyakaari vishayeshwasaktha
    Dhathaasamasathya parakshamaavaan
    aapthopasevi cha bhavathyaroga"

It is essential to accept the food, beverages and physical activities that are not harmful to human body for the healthy existence.
Think well about the consequences before doing any thing. That is not doing actions recklessly without predetermining.
It is important to control the sense organs like eye, ear, nose etc and the organs performing actions like foot, hand etc.
Do not show over ardor in carnal pleasure.
    Donate to the deserving hands.
Do not disappoint those who come to get some thing desired.
Should be of the same mentality in happiness and sorrow.
Don’t show over joy and extra pain when having pleasure and grief.
Confront both with the same attitude.
Be honest in every thing what we do.
Pardon to those who do wrong towards us.
Lead life by accepting the advices of those who are trusted or the subject related scholars in all matters.
The aayurveda achaaryas assure the freedom from illness if obeying all these rules.

A person who is not conquered by diseases.

Having the habits of good food intake and routine, acting only after thinking excellently, not showing over enthusiasm in sensual pleasures, being magnanimous, treating all the living things with sympathy, being truthful, being able to pardon and forgetting mistakes done by others, serving people around with humility, being satisfied in what we own, no illness can conquer a wise person having all these qualities.

Yes Safa, this is true...practicing all that leads to a positive approach towards life....and the food what he really meant is "Satvik food" again this also helps in maintaining good health.

Has anyone tried practising this after reading it hear???

    Please share your experiences.

    Dear safa,
Thanks for sharing a good info. The lines saying we must be neutral and balanced at times of joy or sorrow is too good a point to be noted. We must have control and balance."Be good and do good" attitude is important.
