can we do pooja after taking head bath on 4 th day ? What all events can we participate in and which events can't we participate in after head bath on 4th day of periods.
After 4th day you can do anything. No restrictions. Btw i dont beleive in restrictions during periods any day at all. I visit temples and attend functions and pujas. I believe God will bless people by the purity of their heart and sincerity in prayers... not judge by impurity of body during periods and all...
