    Hi All,

    I just wanted to let you know my diet i followed while trying to conceive..
    I have irregular period(only i get my periods when i take tablets otherwise not).I got pregnant with the second cycle..i did the following

    1) i drank grapejiuce daily from 1st day of my period till the day before ovulation
    2) after ovulation i drank pineapple juice for one day
    3) no cofee or tea last whole month..
    4) food and sleep on time
    5):wow now im pregnant :thumbsup
