    I feel very good by following this.Not feel hungry also.


    Along with this add Ramdev baba's kapalbhati pranayam for 10 to 15 mins. & 30 to 45 mins daily walking .I'm sure u definately lose ur weight.If some people intrested in this we'll daily post our food habits so we can tract easily & support each other.& Join sabith's thread for daily ab's exerciese.

    VEGETARIAN DIETS Tea: 1/2 milk



    Brakfast:2 cereak+ 1 protein +1 veg+1 fat+1/2 milk

    Mid morning:1 fruit

    Lunch:2 cereal +1 protein+2 veg+1 fat+1/2milk(laban or yogurt)

    evening:1 fruit
    Dinner:1 protein+3 veges

    Use exchange link & make your diet more healthy.Use whole wheat floor or whole grains.
    In fat intake try to take olive oil
