Foot Cleaning Tips needed

you have to wear sleepers everytime, or wear socks. after cleaning your foot, put boroline cream on chapped skin. but do wear sleepers or socks otherwise it will get dirty.

pour water in to your foot 3 to 4 times a day.. apply vasaline jell and give light masagge it will keeps your foot clean and wet i mean not to dry..

All you can do is while taking bath, scrub ur feet and heel with the brush ( the one you use is good enough)..pat dry and then apply any foot care cream.

Try wearing finger socks through out the day and again during night, wash ur feet with warm water and apply cream.. this will do good..

Get a pumice stone.It is available in supermarkets.

Daily before you got to bed,just touch the stone in soap and scrub all over the feet.Then show the feet in running water from bathroom tap.

This is very effective and quickest process of cleaning.By scrubbing you are removing dead cells also.This way foot cracks will also reduce.

Later ,after drying your feet,apply any moisturizer on the upper and lower side of your feet.This is what I do daily.You can see the difference in a week.

Follow what kishoremummy's post suggests. If possible after applying moisturizer or any oil put socks before going to bed. Your feet will look beautifula fter somedays.But be sure to make this part of your routine, not once in 2weeks.

I too have same problem like you and my husband scolds me too. I have tried cleaning my foot in all the methods mentioned in this thread. But we have to do it daily. I mean throughout our life. Only then our foot will remain clean. If we stop it for even one week then back to old condition
