Lunch -Masoor Dal and brown rice(2-3 spoons of rice and 1 cup of Dal) + 1 cup green peas(pan fried with 1 spoon oil)
    Evening - Glass of water
    Dinner - 1 spoon rice + 1/2 cup of Dal + 1/4 cup green peas + 1/2 glass water

    Hello

I also have hypothyroidism and struggling to lose. I am yet to find a diet which will work for me. Good luck with your diet and exercise. My dr asked me to do low carb and I am trying to do that with our Indian food.

    Take care
    Anjana

    Thanks Anjana :)

I'm trying to eat less carbohydrates and more protein..Need to see whether it'll work or not...So far no weight loss, though not going higher as well, which was not the case earlier..it's a standstill for now.

Hello... Don't be depressed, I am sure you will start losing soon. Are you on thyroid medication? I was on, but stopped last year. Might have to restart again.

I am trying to avoid rice and wheat, but not very successful yet. Not able to exercise everyday also

    Take cate
