    Hi,

Sometimes when babies are not ready enough to start potty training, they feel scared to sit on the potty. I tried with my son when he was 18 months old, but he would just cry, so I will take him back. Now he is 27 months old and we are doing good in the process of training. So give her/him some more time and may be after two months, try making them sit on potty. Once they understand, they will grab the technique very easily. Even I was more worried how I would potty train my son, but now I am seeing it through exp. Accidents will happen and kids learn thru them.

SO dont worry and dont lose patience. Good luck.

Over cooked Rice', Over cooked Dhal, add some vegetables to it like Carrots & Beans if your child dislikes vegetables including your rice dhal & vegetables along with some salt & pepper put it in a mixie, add some ghee to it and feed the baby. I used to do this for my son.

You could do the same thing with different variations Dhal, Rice, blanched Spinach, Salt, pepper & Ghee

Moong Dhal is very cooling for babies, try using it instead of Tuvar Dhal.

You could try giving some home made yogurt as well.

    Strawberry
    Sugar
    Curds

Blend all this in a mixie & feed the baby. Very healthy!

As far as the schedule is concerned you need to feed the baby 4 times (as advised by the Peadtrician)
You decide depending at what time your baby wakes up.

    I hope it was helpful.

    Regards,
    Sowmya

@peiyakarch adai, peserettu, pasta, toast, all vegetables, all fruits (except maybe citrus), chapathi are some other items that you can give. But whatever it is try to encourage him to chew rather than blending it.

    HI,

Biscuits with milk (some times biscuits with out milk like small pieces juts put it in one cup), rice + dhall with some Ghee or rice + dhall + with some vegetables., carrot juice (baby will love to drink), boiled sweet potato or potato, some fruits like Peach, boiled apple (smashed) with honey, cerelac with cereals.

But you must change your food menu every week. Kids love to eat different one .

    Try this
