    Mid morning: Crackers and 2 small oranges

    Hi everyone,

    Also try and include milk shake made out of Anjeer, gud and whole milk on a regular basis. Anjeer is an excellent source of iron and will give much needed nourishment to the mother as well as the baby.

    I had a question for people who keep weekly fasts (like once a week on Monday , Tuesday or Friday).. Do you continue the fast during pregnancy or do you take a break for a few months and come back to it? I don't know who to ask.

    Hello

    I really like this post. I am pregnant for the second time and I am having questions about what I shouldn't eat again!

    In my daily cooking I usually add garam masala. Is that ok for baby? If not can I add dhaniya powder? Also I heard from somewhere we can't eat cion and poppy seeds. Is that true??? But cinammom is there in bagels and honey bunch of oats cereal
    Which I really like.

    Also in the US what water r u drinking. Are you drinking regular tap water with Pur it filter or just tap water Or filtered reverse osmosis water bottle (PRIMO) from the store ?

    @EagerForInfo
    I think its ok to have garam masala little. If possible, limit the quantity of intake. To much of anything is not good. Everything in moderation is always fine with pregnancy.

    Likewise once in a while you can treat yourself in restaurants... But ensure you get enough fruits, vegetables beyond it.
    Take care.

    Hi Ladies!

    I am a regular visitor of this forum and has helped me to learn more about ttc and pregnancy. I am 7 weeks and 4 days enjoying my pregnancy. I am told to eat everything and anything in moderation whatever appeals me except for heat inducing foods. My doctor has been very kind and patient in listening and answering to my concerns.

    I congratulate all the ladies who are in this wonderful journey of developing a whole human being inside us.
