Follicular study please help me

    Today is my CD15 i went for the follicular study and there is no change in the follicle size (9,8,7) can any body suggent what does it indicats? how to proceed from here, my doctor suggest us to take letrozole from the next cylce. please any body suggest us the better way...

    sorry to tell you this but... 9,8,7 are not good sizes on CD15 ... it sorta indicates you are not ovulating properly say for eg if u have a 28 day cycle by CD13 -CD14 your follicle size wud be 18mm or more and would be on the verge of rupture.....
    ... so you would require letroz .... pls take them next cycle ,
    and maybe u can try naturally too if there are no issues with your dh,

    Looks like you need letrozole or clomid. Please proceed with Doctor's advice. God bless you....

    You can take letrozole. It's was banned bcoz it is actually to treat breast cancer. Whichever tablet u take, don't do it on continuous cycles. Leave a month gap, allow ur body to return to normalcy, then continue the treatment.

    Hi sowmya,

    The follicle sizes 9,8,7 on CD15 is not good at all...it means you are not ovulating on your own...
    You can check with you doctor...by the way...what was your prescribed dosage 2.5mg...? or 5 mg?
    Lets hope for the best...Lots of baby dusts to you...
