FMS - Rs.1000 per scan??

Hi All...

I heard from IL FMS will cost approx Rs.600(for 3 scans) per cycle. But My gynaec says it costs Rs.1000 per scan. Is this correct? Or is this too expensive per scan. Am just trying to understand whether am being charged too much.

PS: Am in chennai.

Hi

I am in chennai and have gone for follicular scan in two places and one place charge 700 and the other one 500

R u talking about follicular study, generally they charge 700 for follicular study, and it will be for the entire cycle probably 5 or 7 days. first time u pay and from then on it is like follow up.... so u dont have to pay...

Hi Vjvid,
Even my doctor is charging Rs.1000/- for FMS Scan.I donno whether its expensive or not...but even i pay the same here in a hospital in T.nagar,Chennai.
