I live in the US. Fairly new to Puja at home. I give fresh flowers each morning I have Puja. MANY times the following day the flowers are still very fresh! Do I change them for new flowers even if the previous day's flowers are still fresh??

If the flowers are fresh need not change them.
Normally in India especially during functions or festivals we decorate with variety of flowers. It will be removed only after 1 or 2 days when they look dull and lifeless

Thank you for helping me with my question. I really appreciate that! I had some of my own flowers but now the weather will be getting cooler and I have to buy the flowers. I don't mind buying them but if I don't have to change them 'each' day while they are still fresh then that will be good!

I meant deco flowers for God as well :). Sometimes my mom used to keep it as it is if it was fresh. Especially flowers like Marigold , dahlias etc stay for longer duration. Whereas jasmine doesn't last long.
Well it's up to us. Some change the flowers daily even if its fresh and some don't.

IMO, if the flowers are still fresh I wouldn't throw them away!
Provided you offer fresh Prasadam to God, he wont get angry :roflmao:

    Dear @seekingheart,

At times when there are too many flowers like during festivals, I usually float them in a bowl/basin
and leave them as a center piece upload_2018-9-22_11-5-34.png and i rotate flowers in the bowl, take out old ones as I add new ones. This happens a lot during fall, when mums are plenty!

Generally flowers offered to God ,a day old ones are known as Nirmaalyam.

As we bath daily take bath,,we have to remove them and keep new ones during our prayer.

Coming to ur point ,really we won't feel like throwing out the flowers which fresh still,
Even though it's one day old.
As Srama said ,use it as flower decoration.float it in a water bowl.
    Nothing wrong in that.
