    Congrats on ur beautiful baby ...

    If you are a feeding mom this diet is perfect for you where you will see the quality of milk and your health will improve ... But increase your intake of protein to 30gms in each meal and loads of fresh water will do the trick .. take atleast 4 hrs continous sleep .

    I am a vegetarian, any suggestions for protein sources. I saw the one in previous page. But any ideas with our Indian cooking.

    Legumes -- such as chickpeas, lentils, green peas, soybeans, rajma and kidney beans
    Vegetables -- Beets, Eggplant, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, Green Peas, Mushrooms, Onions, Potatoes, Spinach, Tomatoes
    Fruits -- Apple, Banana, Cantaloupe, Grapes, orange, Papaya, Pear, Pineapple, Strawberry, Watermelon
    Dairy -- Tofu, Cheese, Milk, Yogurt, Soy Yogurt, Soy Milk, Paneer
    Nuts -- Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts, Peanuts
    Multigrain Flour, Oats
    Peanut Butter

    BBD, this is the clean diet u were talking about? This one is looking quite simple, will join u in this journey. I couldn't log in often like before. Whenever time is ther surely will login.

    > Morning you can have Chickpea sundal
    >afternoon - eat cauliflower rice with egg plant pan fry
    >dinner : pumpkin soup or clear soup or dal soup


    Our sample indian menu (for vegetarian)

    Breakfast : Grated (Zucchini+carrot+Onion)+2 tsp milk+1 fistful coconut flour or almond flour add your spices ( pepper corns or chilli powder or turmeric powder) ... Put them onto pan you have veggie omlette if you eat egg subsititute with egg on coconut flour

    Lunch : Dal Soup (sambar with veggies )+ Chickpea sundal with grated mango +carrot with salt and spices

    (OR)

    Brinjal spices pan fry+cauliflower rice ( grate cauliflower -- wash them n cover them in pan with lil water +salt)

    Snacks : drink green tea or yoghurt with lil honey

    Dinner : roasted veggies /pumpkin soup/cabbage soup/potato n leek soup /mushroom soup.
