    Breakky : egg benedict sandwich
    Lunch : chinese cabbage soup
    Dinner : 1/2 chicken schin roll +vathal kulamabhu with veggies only

    Drinks : caffee latte + green tea

    Workout : 30 mins walking

    Bf - red rice idiappam with red cow peas curry, coffee
    Mm - 1/2 fig bar, 2 vadai
    Lunch - 1/4 cup rice, red cow peas curry, curd, kale, potato-cauliflower fry
    Snack - 1 cup kara pori, tea
    Dinner - 1 dosai, mushroom curry, water melon

    Water - 2.75lt
    Workout - 10 mins walk


    Aug 21st

    Bf - whole grain bread, omlette, coffee
    Lunch - 1 cup tomato rice, few gobi fry
    Snack - kara pori, tea
    Dinner - tilapia florentine, pan cake

    Water - 3 lt

    Workout
    50 mins yoga, 5.2 miles walk

    yesterday pooja special Friday for us.so slight changes in food.
    morning 8:30 one cup of samya payasam.
    afternoon 1:30 one cup of samya payasam
    evening 6:00 one cup of sweet corn
    night 9:30 two pulka's with dal

    no exercise yesterday.

    Lunch - little millet rice with sambar
    Snack - 1 piece tiramisu cake ; (, 2-3 pieces bittergourd fritters
    Dinner - 1.5 dosai with sambar n channa masala, 1 oz coffee

    Water - 2 lt

    Workout
    1 hour stretches with yoga n ab workout
    1 mile walk
