    I nominate @liberatedpearl post to describe her dilemma in life. A generation back, girls in such anxieties would have resorted to some puja or chant and try to bottle that all in. And build up a high pressure. Like champaign, with a huge difference. Uncorking them, might yield bile.

    Writing a case study, like what we see in Business Journals (like HBR) is to invite experts, and students to read and offer insights. Offering solutions to such posts is rather easy, but describing an enterprise in trouble, and the torment of managers within it, is difficult to do. Recently someone mentioned doing a SWOT* on some family decision. That post of liberatedpearl got a whole lot of IL'ites doing SWOT. Obviously we are all in Intermittent fasting, and various diets, and would do the easiest workout for spending the calories that went in: apparently brain is the organ that uses up a lot for its size.

    Albeit in need of some editorial work, that is a fine post.

    SWOT <== An abbreviation for situation analysis -Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.

    @iyerviji
    My dear Viji
    Thanks a lot for your nomination of @Laks09 's response to the thread Autism Kids Mom Can Help Me Pls
    Laks has given some very helpful tips to the mothers of autism kids. Her following sum-up is truly inspiring:
    This is so true for all to whom life has not been very kind.

    Odd things slosh up in my mind when it is pinged. When bigB objected to the Oscar award winning portrayal of Bombay in a movie about "Kaun Banega Crorepati?", he failed to appreciate the fine movie that it was...but focussed on the suffering of a lot of unfortunates in the city's slums.

    A fine forum post could have hard truths/allegations; such contents shouldn't disqualify a post from a chance at winning FP. "Slumdog Millionaire" was like the modern day "Les Miserables". Both had fine content.

    @Amulet
    Thank you very much for your nomination of @Mistt 's exquisite photographs No. 128 to 130 of clouds from her post
    My Random Snapshots!
    Right from the days of yore clouds have been a subject of poetic expression. What can beat Kalidasa's Megha Sandesam? Having been a student of Geography, I have studied in depth the formation of clouds and their description. I have witnessed some breathtaking cloud formations and would argue among ourselves if they were Cirrus spissatus or Stratospheric nacreous. I am sure Kalidass was inspired by Cirrus uncinus for his Megha Sandesam

    Don't they look like doves carrying some message de amor? The pictures speak volumes about Mistt's beautiful mind.
    @Thyagarajan has indeed captured the soul of Mistt's photos in his post.
    A great nomination indeed!

    :hello:Thanks for appreciation.
    Delighted that you did major as geography but alas it has gone and merged with banking. Things can hang down & grow up as in geology stalagmites and stalactites? In India only it can happen. You specialise on automobile and get combusted in shipping. A man study masters in chemistry employed in bank or finance. A Nation of talent outside intel inside the saying goes.
