@iyerviji thanks a lot for the nomination.
Thank you so much Doree.
@Cheeniya and @satchitananda sri and satchi how can i not respond at least on an ocassion like this with a nomination..
Here i go.
Please Help! Stopped Depression Meds And Feeling Low
The reason for nominating this thead ..the cry for help that tugged my heart and knew we need to help her keep her sanity and not succumb to her inner demons.. the first few hours none responded and I was worried and watching.(.i have been following the op through quite a few threads of her's) then come a few friends to pitch in but she was not ready for advices.. then i tag these naughty friends of mine @maggi32 and @SGA to join. Initially they did not have a clue but believe me through the day and through another week or more we have been keeping watch on shabnam through this thread.
In a virtual world this stands apart for me because to help a depressed person through can pull you into the same at some point of time.
There is hope for all of us..and i know @SunPa would also agree
My third nomination for May is @iyerviji 's We Have To Be Strong Enough To Accept The Challenges Of Life
She is such an inspiration. Every time I read her posts I understand the joy of life and living itself. In this post she puts up with the sweltering heat of Mumbai to buy fresh vegetables, meet friends, and still keeps her appointments, however hard these chores are on her.
Her thread has given me a fresh surge to battle all the obstacles in day to day life.
Krish dear its a pleasant surprise to see the nomination. Everyone knows here how happy I feel when I get feedbacks and more happy when my thread is nominated. Glad my thread gives you inspiration and in turn it gives me energy to live . When I spoke to my sister she was saying why do you take trouble to go to marriages etc. when you have health problems. She wont understand the happiness I get going out and meeting people. She is a homely type and keeps herself busy inthe house and her health does not permit to go out
My dear Shan
Thank you for this nomination and I visited the thread straightaway. 467 FBs in just over a month is yet another proof about how interactive our community is. It is indeed touching. I do hope that the responses have lessened the burden of the poster Shabnam. I can understand her agony from her picture in her profile. God bless her with lot of peace and good health
