My last nomination for August is @Viswamitra 's Conversation With The Lord - Iii
A humorous post but one main lesson on how to have food and not eat it too!
Ganesha the hurdle remover finally has given the best medicine to get over the hurdle of diabetes in His conversation with Viswa: Sprinkle water on food and remove it from sight!

 

Dear Kamala,

Thank you very much for your nomination of my conversation with the Lord Ganesha (Version III). Kamla used to tell me that I should switch occasionally from serious subjects to humorous snippets. I tried a few times and frankly I got overwhelmed by the support of ILites. Even though I wrote those lines, it is Lord Ganesha who said that tips for health and you are the one who highlighted it in your response.
