Sorry about that. Hopefully, she will develop the skills to help her calm down with your help. If you are looking for books, this CBT book for little kids came up in my recent research. I haven't used it yet but CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is supposed to be really helpful and effective in replacing anxious thoughts. Apparently, these strategies practiced early on in childhood can help the kids life long. I glanced through the entire series and loved it.

This is truly a blessing. This is great achievement. You should be proud of yourself. This is new beginning which might open up so many opportunities in life. I did this mistake of wfh job with less pay and was never ambitious since I wanted to focus on my kids. I regret it every day .Looking at all college expense I feel I wasted my prime earning time. Do you mind sharing what kind of things you did to make this jump ?

    Thank you :).

On the pay.. I just brushed up my CV. I was working for a weaker currency for convenience of staying home. Now I am trading staying at home for a stronger currency.

Thats about it really. No skills addition or anything.
Yes, getting into mainstream now ( Looking forward)

Getting back to work full time was the best thing I did in a while. I think quality time with kids is more important than spending all day at their beck and call.
Good luck with the new position.

    Well done you!

I am so glad, you have found that courage in you.

As you seem to be open for advice ( hehe)... for your own positive mental growth, take that blame off your H ( bad feather in his hat) and make it a sparkling one on yours. Yes he messed up BUT you still came out of it!! Hugs.
