It is said that everything happens with a reason and it is the affected by our karma. "We daily sleep on our bed at night" how big is that blessing we come to know only when we have to spend a night at hospital. It is full of emergency cases at all hours of day or night. Many die daily and leave their family behind who can't look ahead at their lives and left with no other option than crying. It is easy to say they are suffering due to their karma. But once you are standing there it becomes difficult to feel like that. It becomes awkward to pray for your pal if others are much more severely injured.

We do good karma with the belief it will give us a better life. But we cannot always judge them as good. Everyone can do mistake and which mistake will be punished at what time no one knows.

We did not want to go out at that point of time. But we had to leave. Kids like to see trains and we enjoy their happiness. All of a sudden don't know from where we didn't cared for few seconds and one kid pushed another one while he was watching train. He fell down on railway track. So much of blood came out of his nose. I was shivering while viewing all this.

I now overprotect him all the time with the fear he might injure his nose and it will affect his broken nose bone. Giving my fear to him too. Insisting him to watch tv all the time or to play indoor games with me or if he stay alone for few minutes I just feel scared and pray for his safety

Fear fear and so much of fear. Should I keep it with me or trust God or trust my karma or no more or. Just praying for his well being.

    Hi M,
Sorry for the hurt your kid went through. Hope kid is better now. Things like this happen. You can’t live in fear all the time. Kids fall kids get hurt sometimes badly too. If we keep worrying all the time there will be no end to this fear. Don’t keep wondering about Karma and all. Just do what you have to do and leave the rest. be cautious and safe. Take care

You are right dear....I tell him don't be scared just be careful....but the moment he do something I get scared and hold him. Will try to be more strong. He is ok now just have to be careful that his nose shouldn't hurt again.

Someone once told me having children means letting part of your heart walking outside in the world. I feel the seriousness of the statement now.

Its one process giving birth and all...but nurturing them and protecting them is a never ending saga..and we want this saga till our last breathe also.

    Hope your child feels better.

    Dear m,

Fear can be crippling, demotivating and it is a big speed breaker in our lives. As a mother of 2 boys, as they grow, you are bound to face many stressful events in life. Unless you get out of this 'fear habit', life will turn miserable for you and your loved ones.

When my son was young, he was prone to frequent infections and high fevers. Every time he fell sick, I would have panic attacks and it used to affect me badly. Then I adopted deep breathing, positive affirmations and counselled self to be pragmatic. I learnt to face challenges bravely as they came.

I would suggest you the same. Take care of your little one's little nose. Consult ENT specialist to check if his nasal septum isn't crooked/deviated. Badly deviated nasal septum can give rise to trouble in normal breathing.

(This info is strictly for educational purposes; not to be misused for imagining the worst and worrying.:))Take care and be pragmatic.

@ashima10 and @GeetaKashyap thanks for the reply. A mother has to be strong enough as nothing can match her love for the kids. A small scratch on them give us the pain. But being pragmatic is also required. I was worried and scared but didn't cried and remained calm. They are too small and too naughty that keep me worried all the time.

What they are doing is natural. Talk to them about safe playing and exploring. Give them the reasons they understand. Set limits to their naughtiness; the elder one is old enough to understand. This is important as 1+1 can be 100 when they are excited.

I do that. Elder one understands everything. But he always get involved with younger one as he enjoys his masti and try to look cute like him. We told him he is cute and you are smart and you should try to make him smart like you. Sometimes he understands and sometimes he don't.

Feel sorry for your kid getting hurt . These things will happen in childhood but play is needed to make them stronger . You have to teach them repeatedly about safety ,
.. But also have to let go a little bit . Let them play outside but keep watching regularly ... and believe in God . Don't worry too much .. I'll also pray for your kids safety .

Thanks for the concern....he is better now. He don't know about the severity of the issue so take that lightly. I too explain him to be careful but do not want him to be scared all the time. Yes god is there to protect us. Thank you so much for your prayers. Take care
