    Yes, I too loved this combo rendition of Pahimaam Sri Rajarajeswari. I like both their voices. Was listening to it over and over yesterday.

    Though not a Carnatic music composer, his song "Vaishnava janato" is well known.
    This song is special as it was part of Mahatma Gandhi's daily prayers.- source: karnatik.com

    Personally I enjoy this song by the one and only M.S.Amma

    This thread indeed is sowkyam for us music lovers. Fantastic Thani at the end.
    @kkrish I know I know I am on a KVN streak apologies. DS2 refuses to let me put anything else at home.

    The video says mridangist is unknown and all the comnentators are pretty divided on who it is .Definitely a kappi mridangam .Enna thoppi sound. Amazing Ghatam. Do listen with a good sound system /head phones which can be faithful to the lower freq.
