fancy dress competition with Ramayan Theme Please share ideas

    dear friends,

    kindly suggest an idea for fancy dress competition from ramayana for my 4 year old son. i need a theme that is not usual. please post your ideas.

    Welcome To IL..
    For Ramayana theme you can choose Hanuman or Jambavan for jamavan you need to get a furry costume and may need to blacken face a bit... If you dont like to blacken you can go for Laxman or Bharath theme too or Ravan with 10 heads but I think it will be heavy for the kid..

    I remember a similar fancy dress in a cultural show we attended -- among the many rams & bharats, and also some Hanumans, there was just one Sage Vasishtar & one Guhan [ the boatman]. They had nice, simple dialogues which the little ones could remember & easily they won the first 2 places ...

    Sabari and guhan will be very easy to carry off for a 4 year old..not much heavy accessories or dress or dialogues..just saying Ram,Rama, Ram will do...

    i shortlisted the following characters to do in the competition : jatayu character, ravana, bhisma from mahabharatha or manthara. please suggest some dialogues for the above characters.
