    How I forgot Nagaland:) dad was there for three years but could not gather courage to eat it :)
    But yes on the way to dibrugarh while crossing bhramputra you get yummiest sweet patties with stuffing of coconut and ssugar and yes aloo chap also.

    Updating my list :) And in Kolkata, there is this sweet shop somewhere around the Indian Museum which sells sweet curd in small clay cups. I had never tasted anything so yummy before. Do you know that place?

    Hey you too !! I had been to Dibrugarh. Saw my first circus there :)

    Ok, in Dimapur, there was this Plaza Bakery on the Circular road. The cake and pastries they had during Christmas cannot find any match anywhere else !! On other days, they had excellent veg/non-veg patties.

    We used to go there for shopping when we lived in arunachal:)

    Any day, I like kc das,s sandesh and also rosogula and
    Also sandesh at bhem naag bow bazaar is good.

    hi waiting4u,

    I love the above two delicacies too.

    I still remember the red colored chutney they gave with the idlies at Tirupathi. My mom asked for the recipe then, used to make it at home a few times and now after so many years, she forgot all about the recipe! :(

    Just curious to know, does any of you know about this chutney and it's recipe? It is red in color and sold by women/little kids near the places of stay at Tirupathi.

    I have been to the "Food Street" in Bangalore a couple of times. Really loved the idlis,dosas, paniyarams etc there.

    Am back Shreya...

    used to love Naturals ice cream - mango flavor (dont knw if the flavor has changed now)

    Pizza ..... yummy.... I hate the Pizza we get here..... Pizza hut in India is much much much better... I love the Smokin chicken tikka pizza of all :-D
