I am from Rajasthan, kadi kachori, dal bati is very famous here...
Samosa, Litti chaat, Pani Puri.
Being a resident of Mumbai, you cannot miss Vada Pav, Samosa Pav etc. There are stalls of these fried delicacies in almost every corner.
In Matunga, there is an Aiyappam Idli centre where you get amazing Idli's and Vada's and their special Pineapple sheera is a must try. Early morning is the best time to go to this centre.
In my home town borugula mixture is famous
Bhangarapan Bhairi is famous.
My fav Pune street food:
Bhel-puri, pani puri: Kalyan bhel (you will get everything prepared in mineral water. The most sparkling clean place to have all your chaat)

Misal Paav: Ramnath, Shrikrishna, Bedekar, Kata Kirr
Dosa, SBDP: Vaishali
Parathas: Shahaji's paratha, chaitanya
Mango Mastani: Sujata
Sabudana khichadi: Appa's, Bipin snack center
Pav bhaji, Ptihale bhakri: Girija
