Ingredients : 400 ml cold milk 2 tsp falooda seeds 40 gms corn flour 150 ml water a few drops rose essence a few drops red colour 8 sachets equal sweetner Method : Soak falooda seeds in 1/4 cup of wate for 2 hrs and strain make a paste of cornflour in cold water. cook on a slow flame until it becomes thick and transparent. cool. make sev by passing thru a sieve or sev maker over a pan of ice water. strain and obtain the sev. in a tall glass, add rose essence, colour, falooda seeds, sev and equal sweetner. pour cold milk over it slowly. mix. serve chilled.
