    Hi,
    During weight reduction process many of them think to cut down on weight at the earliest but the first motive in mind should be maintain the current weight at any cost and try to reduce it gradually.

    Hi Aparna,

    One of my friend lost 15 kgs by Herbalife. She just had that milk shake they give for breakfast and dinner. Lunch she has meals that includes rice, roti and vegetables. So I was thinking Herbalife is good!! Sad that it did not help you.

    Hi,

    I also used Herbalife two years back. I lost 10 kgs in 3 months, but i gained back my weight when i discontinued it. Also its very expensive. It will cost around 8000 per month for entire package.

    Im also a distributor.. but im not recommending it anymore..
    i see my health detoriate visibly after herbalife

    Yes I was also a distributor and invested 2 lakhs and wasted it :(
    One of the person holding high position in this business died of heart attack while he was talking about healthy life in a meeting.

    It will lead to hair loss, kidney failure etc.

    Me too in the same boat :) ( After such failed attempts, i realised that diet and exercise should be a way of life and not just a phase to lose weight. Henceforth, eating healthy and enjoying my life :)

    All these methods are temporary. If you/we really burn the fat by exercise, we know the hard work that goes into it and will be cautious of what we eat.

    I have just started following Rujutha Diwekar..
    Dont loose your ming, loodse your weight..
    Its easy to follow i feel im eating more but loosing weight..

    I lost 2 kgs last 25 days.. without any physical exercise... i fell full thought the day...

    I recently read an article that says there are around 100's of fad diets from atkins, gm, cotton ball diet..yes you read it right cotton ball diet to stapling the ear...

    i thought that i was having a good knowledge of dieting, bulimia and anorexia until i read and went ahead to find out more (curiousity kills the cat) seriously in my case it did happen.

    later, i learnt to understand myself. what i was doing wrong, what were my weaknesses and strength and the allied issues.

    i also learnt that i was able to maintain my weight at a staggering level for more than 5 years..and it was then my cardiologist pointed out that if i could do this, i could lose only thing was more dedication.

    today i would say none of these diets work. nor the slimming tea, instead of food, milk shakes work..(I have not tried any but see it in plenty in the market). what works is healthy and sensible eating, exercise and good sleep.

    so i believe, advocate and follow this to the t. even my family follows the same..we are looking at being healthy and exercise is slowly turning into a habit..
