Facials in beauty parlour

should we do facials once in a month in beauty parlour.

i go to indian Parlour and they use Shahnaz Husain products..
Actually there is no much diff for me so planning to try Aveda in US based parlour but it is very costly. not sure if it is worth trying.
So before that i thought of asking is facials really necessary.
i m a working mother of 17 month old boy running and playing so ther is no time for applying face packs as of now..
I wash my face with besan and tumeric (kastoori manjal) and apply aveeno baby mositurizer for my face but my face is very dark.. i m wheatish complexion but somehow my face become dark when i apply moisturizer or sun cream
Mine is very sensitive too acne prone.. with lot of efforts before marriage i reduced acne but pores are still ther..so i dont apply any cream. Olay total was fine but my face gets dark.So i thought facials may be fine.. mine is not oily not so dry.. but it is very dull looking.. ofcourse sleep deprived.. Lady who did facials told me that i need to go for facials once in a month.. i m not sure if she is making business out of me.. i need a glowing skin how i was before baby..
Please advice. Should i go for parlour once in a month..
Anybdy tried aveda in US? is it worth visiting..?
