    Oh wow ; you guys are doing great!!
    Am really now on the lookout for some discpline back in my life! Butnot so sure if would be able to follow up that rigorously.. but good news is I have done it earlier so should be able to motivate once more!

    Hi @blessbabydust ,
    Very nice thread. I would like to join. I have done my weight loss journey earlier and lost 10 kg in the year 2017 and somehow i gained all my weight back. Now from February 2019 I trying hard to reduce. Will update here every week.
    Start weight Feb-1, 2019 - 77.7
    Weight as of 18th march 2019 - 73.4
    Target for next week is 72.5.
    Every Sunday I will update my weight .

    My starting weight in Feb 2019 - 68.5kg
    My target weight in end of Mar 2019 - 62.5kg
    Current weight - fluctating between 64-63kg

    Bf- 2 roti with beetroot
    mid morning snack -banana -1
    Lunch Roti -1 with beetroot + sweetcorn chicken soup
    Dinner broken wheat upma with sambhar and chutney.

    Water : 5 glasses
    Steps : 6071
