Experienced moms - where can I buy saffron ?

    Hi all,

    I live in the US....

    In my 4th month currently and plan to take saffron once everyday in few weeks. Please suggest places I can buy safe quality saffron. If ordered online, links to website you have ordered from.

    I've looked at the indian store here and they have a transparent boxed saffron made in Mexico. I did not know what to look for to make sure its f good quakity and hence did not buy. Please suggest !! Thnx !

    You can buy from any local american store that says Spanish Saffron. They are good.

    Hi OP.. Its advised by doctor not to consume Saffron till you complete 6 months of your pregnancy! Because saffron in a way causes heat in body. So have it with caution. My Hubby gifted 2 boxes. Which is sitting idle for its usage.
