1.Always exercise on MONDAY,this will set a pattern for the week. 2.Exercising first thing in the morning makes it more likely that it will be done ,plus it is a nice way to start the day. 3.Just a quick 10 minute boost gives energy and improves mood. 4.Do not let the perfect be the enemy of the good.Do not decide it is worth exercising only if you can run 8km or bike an hour. 5.First examine the external factors that discourage you from exercising. 6.If you do not have time to exercise and take a shower,find a way to exercise that does not require you to shower after ward. 7.look for affordable ways to make exercising more pleasant.Invest in a stationary bike,buy an a new Ipod,or get a pedometer.So it is worth spending money if you can swing it. 8.Even if you are not sure you are going to exercise put on your exercise clothes and get going.If you are ready to go you will find it easier to go ahead and exercise. 9.If you struggle to get into the habit of exercising try this,exercise every day,if you have to something every day you will do it.If we do it on certain days we keep arguing whether to do it today or tomorrow.
