Excessive tanning due to swimming

    Hi Ils,

    I started with my swimming and I have become very tan. I swim in an outdoor pool. I swim mostly 3-4 days a week. I have no indoor pools nearby and that works for my time. Is this tanning permanant?. Anything that might help in reducing the tan?.

    SPF, SPF, SPF is the key. Prevention is better than cure as far as tanning is concerned. Use a cream with minimum SPF of 30 and above to prevent future tanning.

    To reduce to existing tan, make a paste of oats and yoghurt and apply on the tanned area and leave it for at least 20 minutes, then wash it off.

    These SPF creams are adhering like a white paste on the skin. Is that how its supposed to be ?

    you need to apply properly. Buy a spray and use little .
