    Keep the spirit with you all the time. Whenever, you eat more, try to reduce your next time meal amount.
    Limit your rice in take.

    My today update
    Mrng tea n garlic toast in bkfst
    Apple at 11..
    oats. For lunch..
    Biscuits n tea in eve
    Sabhji daal 1 cup n 2 rot I for dinner

    Exercise one hr treadmill...

    Hi Cheerful Ladies,

    My updates as below:

    break fast - 1 bowl honey bunch of oats(added nuts, almonds, raisins)
    til lunch - to much work so just drank water
    1litre before lunch
    lunch - kitchadi(with beans/carrot), curd, 1 boiled egg(white only)
    multi vitamins
    post lunch - red grapes little
    dinner - 3 idly, 1 small kid dosa
    small cup ragimalt
    Vit D3

    Ex updates:
    Climbed stairs in the morning

    Eve:
    Cycling - burnt 60 calories
    Tread mill - burnt 240calories
    Inclination walk, run
    normal walk, run
    modern mom hip ex
    air cycling
    ab crunches(my tummy is little working out I guess, I can feel pain)
    dumbbells workout for arm

    Junk - Nil

    Due to too much work today, I had little head ache. But, still tried to go to gym today. After 20mins, I felt good and ex.

    My hubby was planning to buy hash brown from DD today, then he thought not to disturb my diet plan so planned to buy it for me on Friday ;) Should I appreciate him for not buying or should I fight for not buying? ;))) Anyway, it is a nice thought of him. So, I just smiled.. Am expecting this kind of motivation from him forever..

    Today morning I weighed 141.6lbs and eve after gym I weighed and I was the same 141.6lbs lol.. So, I burnt the calories which I took today I guess ;)))

    I did a good amount of workout today. Diet wise also I was perfect today. hoping to see a wt reduction by tomorrow. let me check tomorrow.

    Too busy today. I couldn't read any of others responses. I'll be little free tomorrow. I will check it out.

    really?
    did you overeat?
    now, try with full motivation. When I touched 150lbs, I couldnt live peacefully you know. I started dieting & ex effectively & now am in 141 range.

    Please try to motivate yourself. Never allow your wt gain >150lbs.

    tuesday diet:

    coffee
    2 digestive biscuits tea
    3 chapathi, channa, beetroot
    coffee
    2 phulkas, chenna

    today:
    green tea
    cofee
    1 mixed dhall pancake
    for lunch- 2 chapathi, veg kurma, carrot

    Yup Anitha..

    i dont know how it happened.. iam trying my best to loose this stubborn weight..just eating in a day put me into this it is very horrible feeling for me.. most of the time i couldnt able to walk after workout..that is my Dh who is supporting me..i joined jumba class 3 times a day last week..even the next day is very painfull ... sweat a lot after dancing eating very little..I shout at the gym while weighing and everyone hear that..my Dh said claim down..its alright..:)

    yesterday i search online and got a diet chart,make list of food which i have to avoid after 6 pm..bought lime, honey, brown bread, oats and almond set target for this week.i
    thanks for ur motivation Anitha..hope next week i will loose some weight..
