    Hi Ladies,

    Whoever, is in 140-150lbs range, can join me here to reduce wt. You can set a goal wt and lets target. If we start with similar wt then it will be easy to discuss and target for wt loss.

    What say? :)

    I've seen similar thread (but very old one).

    I am 142.5 pounds, my target is 132...

    currently I am going 30 min walk everyday, controlling my food too

    Welcome Pinki, Mehana :)

    Please post your ht,food routine & ex routine daily. We'll motivate each other. My updates as below:


    My today's updates:

    Bf - 1 bowl of honey bunch of oats(includes nuts, raisins, almonds)
    10am - Red Grapes
    Lunch - 4pieces of bread with coriander chutney stuffed
    1 boiled egg white
    Multi vitamins

    Due to early day, did not pack proper lunch.. We all were allowed to leave at 2 today due to labour day long weekend..

    After coming home, I ate little dhal/rasam/curd rice with spinach(exception, I don't eat rice in weekdays)

    Dinner - Guava pieces(4-5) & Apple/mango milkshake

    My ex updates:
    Tread mill - 60min - burnt 300 calories
    Modern mom hip ex
    Thigh ex
    Air cycling
    Arm workout

    This week: Mon till Friday(except tue) did ex.
    For next 2 days am going to give my body complete rest & watchout my food intake..

    Keep rocking ladies..

    MY ht is 165 and weight is 150 pound

    daily routine..mrng tea with truvia..
    brkfst 2 boil egg
    fruit at 10-11
    lunch 2 paratha with sabji/daal/salad..
    some cookies/ soup at 4
    evening tea at 6
    dinner 2 roti sabji/daal..

    my workout
    mrng walk for 30-40 min..

    evening tread mill 40 min..
    cycling 20 min..

    multivitamin everyday..

    i dont like rice, so some time i replace paratha with oatmeal..and eat mixed vegetable in 3days in a week..
    weekend is worst unable to follow this routine usually eat out side..

    but seriously want to reduce weight in 3 month.. need some good advice and suggestion..

    How are you?
    Am also 165cm & used to be 150lbs. Following strict diet & ex, I've come down to 141lbs.
    Target is 135.

    Your diet looks good.

    Post you'r routine daily.

    Try to have soup as dinner. Soup & again roti, am not sure..
    How many cookies you eat?

    Hi ladies,
    Today have been to aquarium. It was an exciting outing.. After that visited 2 temples..

    Here goes by dieting:

    Bf - coffee with 2 piece wheat bread
    11 am - plantain chips(little)
    Lunch - 3 small roti/potato masala/little cued rice
    Eve - temple Prasad(1/4th anjaneyar vada), raisins
    Dinner - idly-2 with sambar, mango lassi 1/2 cup(shared with Hubby)

    Ex: did lot of walking inside aquarium. I was really tired after my outing..
    I hope even with above food, I won't be gaining any, due to walk.

    Hi AnithaPartha iam good dear how r u..

    yea i tried my best to be in this routine...i tried too hard to loose..but for me its really hard to drop a pound..
    i was 52 kg when i came here n put on so much ..diagonised with pcos ahhh..let see ..i dont eat more cookies..2-3 but not everyday..will soon upload my today routine..

    Sure pinki.
    Am sure, we can lose wt how stubborn it is. I tried this on me. I changed my food habits/diet/ex a bit, and I was able to reduce 7-8lbs in 2-2.5months time.
