Very interesting list..
I also carry ear plugs, deodorant, face wash and baby oil for long travels apart from stuffs already mentioned in the post.
And all the chargers (camera, cell phone, GPS etc) is a must.

Nice thread. Do you have any suggestions to engage the kids in the road trip? (other than video games)? My DD is almost 4!

 

first thing is credit card...
loparet(stomach upset tablet)..
extra bulb, vbelts for car..
fast food items ..in case u won't get right food at right time...(for children)
eating idlis and curd rice outside...
don't travel after 8 o'clock...
bedspread... if u find nice place to sit or enjoy beach area or breakjourney...it refresh....
the only place to talk the whole family members so avoid dvd..play only music songs....
newspaper .....all purpose...

 

Thanks for all the useful tips. I am now making a personalized list of things to carry for our trip.

For those with kids it's a good idea to carry Stroller too.
I use ziploc bags to pack the food item separately for each person.
Crocs if visiting wet places.
