Endometriomas Recurring

    Hi all,
    Last year I had laparoscopy done to remove an endometrioma. Now I went for ultrasound and found that small 2 Endometriomas 2cm size are present on the same ovary on which the lap was done. We were trying for second child since 3 years. I wanted to know if another lap and iui would work. Feeling so depressed.

    Any success stories of laparoscopy and iui would help.
