    I am very new to USA, I am planning to Buy new mixer to do Idly/Dosa batters.

    Please suggest a good mixer cum blender.

    you can buy indian mixies like preethi butterfly at 100$.

    Next option, you can get Oster brand here, but still you willn't able to get fine texture for chutney etc.,
